Wheels for All is a discount program that provides access to an easy, equitable, and environmentally-friendly form of transportation for qualifying riders.

To qualify, individuals must be currently residing in Hawaii. Individuals that qualify will receive a discounted rate of 25% off our rides when riding Wheels in Hawaii.
