Transporter: The person who finds, picks up and transports our devices and places them in Hubs.
Rider: The client. Everyday people in need of an environmentally, safety, and mobility conscious alternate form of transportation.
Devices: Wheels electric-powered vehicles. Keep an eye out for the Wheels logo!
Hubs: Locations throughout the city that Wheels has selected for the devices to be placed.
Hubs are often street corners that are spaced throughout the city, at convenient and sought after locations to make riding Wheels devices easier.
No Parking & Riding Zone: Outside of the allowable drop off area. The app will not let a Rider end their ride if they are in the No Parking & Riding Zone. Riders will be instructed to head outside of the area in order to end their ride.
QR code: A machine-readable optical label that contains information about the item to which it is attached, in this case, the Wheels devices you are Transporting.
App: The Wheels app. You can use your Wheels app to find, drop off, and initiate rides!
Offline: device is unavailable.
