How do I activate an insurance policy?

These policies are underwritten in full digital mode through the Helbiz App. Upon successful completion of payment, the policy certificate and documentation containing Terms and Conditions will be emailed to your specified mail. Coverage takes effect from the date indicated in the policy certificate. You will be able to follow the status of your policy at any time in the Personal Area inside the Insurance feature of the Helbiz App.
