If your vehicle runs out of battery during the rental, please contact our customer service directly from the Support section inside the Helbiz app. We remind you that the release of the vehicle is only allowed within our operational area so we always invite you to consider the autonomy of the vehicle in order not to encounter problems of this type.
So, if you have to go a long way, before renting a vehicle, please check how much battery it has and how many kilometers of autonomy is left. Parking outside the operational zone may result in a vehicle recovery fee being applied to your account.
