How do I place an order?

Ordering your first order from the Helbiz Kitchen is really easy. Just follow these steps:

(1) Go to the "Payment" section in your profile and add a debit/credit/prepaid card, or add the credit to your Helbiz Wallet.

(2) Go to the "Helbiz Kitchen" section, choose and add your meals to the cart.

(3) Once your order is completed, continue with Payment. Select the payment method and set the delivery address. 

Feel free to provide us with the additional details delivery-related, you'll have the Note-box called "Instructions for delivery"

(4) Place your order and track the order status on the map. We will accept your order and deliver it in minutes.
