I had remaining credit in my Skip app, can I still use it?

Of course! Your credit remains untouched and waits for you to have your next ride from whichever app you choose. Your wallet credit is still available as it was in both applications, whether you choose Helbiz or Skip app, it is gonna be there. 

You can turn on/off wallet auto-reload inside both apps, as per your preferences, under the Payment section. 

Please note: The minimum wallet balance for starting a ride, without having a card connected to your account, is $5.00

If you have already added a valid payment method through your Skip account, there is no need to do it again. You can use our service from both Helbiz and Sip apps without having to add any payment information again.
