How to rent?

The long-term rental offer consists of 16 installments of 49.95€ and there are two ways to activate the rental.

• Offline Activation/In Carpisa Store (there are 302 Carpisa stores associated throughout the country)

Once you decide to proceed with the long-term rental of the vehicle, you will be instructed to frame a QR code with your smartphone. Redirected to the respective online shop you will have to enter the necessary information such as an ID document and fiscal code, valid payment method, and sign a consumer contract for the activation of 16 months rental. 

Upon registration, you will receive an e-mail of "Rental Confirmation" with a dedicated confirmation code that will allow you to request your Welcome Kit free of charge at the register (the kit consists of 1 Helbiz GO Carpisa backpack (sustainable materials), 1 month of Helbiz Unlimited and 1 voucher for a free helmet to collect at the same store starting from January). The Welcome Kit only applies to customers who make the purchase in person in one of the CARPISA stores.

• Online Activation - through Helbiz sites

Once you have opened the Helbiz online shop, from one of the landing pages www.helbiz.com/carpisa and www.carpisa.it/helbiz, you must enter the necessary information, such as an ID document and fiscal code, valid payment method, and digitally sign a consumer contract for activation of the 16 months rental.

Upon registration, you will receive an e-mail of "Rental Confirmation" with further information on the next steps waiting for the scooter that you have just rented long-term.
