How does Helbiz address safety?


Safety is a top priority. Helbiz's safety program focuses on the whole ecosystem: Our Fleet, Our Riders, and Our Community. 

For our Fleet, we are constantly testing our vehicles so we can understand all of their abilities and limitations. 

For our Riders, we developed a series of educational videos, instructional pages and in-app messages to ensure that our riders know and respect the rules and regulations.

For our Community, our team is constantly engaged with our regulators and residents to ensure we are transparent with our safety efforts and inclusive of all new/innovative safety ideas.
