You can now reserve a Helbiz vehicle in advance and make sure to have it available before actually start riding. Reserve your vehicle for up to 30 minutes for a regular price. Billing starts once you start the reservation.
Reserve costs the same per-minute rate as your ride. If you cancel your reservation you may still be charged for the minutes that the vehicle was reserved.
The same regulations reply to the Helbiz Unlimited users as well, you can reserve a vehicle by paying the standard price.
The Reserve feature is available for both Helbiz and Skip vehicles
