Routine maintenance of the vehicle is excluded from the rental. The user is still responsible for keeping the vehicle in good condition and is obliged to use it in a correct way. Extraordinary maintenance for electronic malfunctions (IOT, Battery, and ECU) will be managed by local Helbiz teams or by one of the local Helbiz teams closest to the customer after contact by the customer within the My Helbiz section.
