Helbiz E-Scooter is a dockless intra-urban transportation solution directly integrated into the Helbiz platform that allows users to instantly rent and unlock electric scooters from their smartphone and simply leave curbside when finished.
Download the app and you are ready to go! Simply locate the nearest scooter through the app, scan its QR code to unlock it and start riding within seconds. If you don’t see any vehicle icons displayed on the map, zoom in/out in order to search a wider area.
To unlock the Helbiz E-Scooter simply open the Helbiz app and tap on the “Ride” button. From here, either scan the QR code using your phone’s camera or manually enter the vehicle ID located beneath the QR code. In order to activate the engine please push off the ground with one of your feet and then press the accelerator.
To lock the Helbiz E-Scooter simply tap "End Ride" in the Helbiz app and take a picture of the parked vehicle. After completing your ride the app will provide you a summary of your trip.
