Helbiz’s Weekly Pass is a great way to take full advantage of what Helbiz and its cities have to offer.

Subscribe directly from the app for the price of $39.99 and you will have the opportunity to experience Helbizing in your city with 14 rides of up to 30 minutes for free, for an entire week. No pause time is required between trips.

The Weekly Pass is active for a period of 7 days only and does not renew itself automatically. Once the 7-day period is over, you can easily purchase the Weekly Pass again by repeating the activation procedure from the app.

How to purchase a Helbiz Pass:

- Open the app

- Click on Helbiz Plus from the side menu

- Choose the package you want

- Follow the steps on the screen to complete the purchase

The cost of a Helbiz Pass may vary depending on the market and can be viewed prior to your purchase in the Helbiz app.

Please note that you can use a valid payment method associated with your account in order to successfully purchase one of the passes. Alternatively, you can also use the credit from your Helbiz Wallet.

Reservation costs the same per-minute rate as your ride. If you cancel your reservation, you may still be charged for the minutes that the vehicle was reserved.

You will not need to pay to pause the ride if the pause occurs in the first 30 minutes of the ride.

Please note that the per-minute charge applies after 30 minutes of riding, according to the prices in the specific market.
