The Helbiz Rider Accessibility Program plan waives any applicable vehicle deposit and offers free trips of up to 30 minutes to any customer enrolled in a local, state, or federal low-income program, or with an income level at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, in US markets.
Eligibility
The Helbiz Access Plan is available to anyone currently enrolled in one of the following programs:
- Medicare/Medicaid (do not translate)
- TANF (do not translate)
- SNAP (do not translate)
- HUD (do not translate)
- LIHEAP (do not translate)
- WIC (do not translate)
- Pell Grant (do not translate)
- Local & state low-income programs
- Or, at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
- Provide the last three pay stubs indicating a salary of less than $25,760 per year
Rides&Costs
All users once approved for the Rider Accessibility Program, will have 100 free 30-minute trips every month, for a year. If all of these monthly rides (100 trips) are utilised, vehicles will then be able to be rented at the standard per minute rates.
Please note that the per-minute charge also applies after 30 minutes of riding, according to the price in the specific market. If you continue to ride, you will be charged at standard rates per minute, depending on the city in which you are using our service. The unlock fee is free of charge.
