Our vehicles must be parked inside the operating zone. They should be parked upright, between fixed objects like trees, trash cans, and bike stands. They should be placed on the area of the pavement closest to the kerb, but not in the main walkway. It is important to leave enough space for other pavement users to continue using it.
It is forbidden to:
- Obstruct pedestrian space
- Park on narrow pavements
- Park along the side of a building
- Block bus stops and loading zones
- Park near fire hydrants
- Block access points
- Interfere with pavement amenities and landscaping
All vehicles can be ridden inside the operating zone only, as shown in the app. The recovery fee for those who leave the operating zone is 10.00 USDPlease always check and follow local laws and regulations, as these will vary city-by-city. For example, some cities mandate that our vehicles be parked in designated parking stations.
