Helbiz Black - How to use

Start the ride: 

1. Download the Helbiz app
2. Enable Internet connection and GPS in your phone settings.
3. Scan the QR Code located under the handlebar and your ride will start
4. The lock on the rear wheel will automatically open, you just need to remove the kickstand and start pedalling. The electric motor will kick in automatically.

End the ride: 

1. Place the bike on the side stand and park responsibly
2. End your ride in the Helbiz app by tapping the “End ride” button.
3. The bike needs to stay still in order to be locked and the lock must be placed so that nothing blocks its way
4. If you hear a sound, it means that the bike is properly locked and that your ride has been terminated 
5. Take a photo of the parked bike in which both the entire bike and the parking spot are visible

Our platform uses GPS to display your route and to generate an invoice. You need to have data on your smartphone to use the service.
